Privacy Policy

How we protect your privacy

We know you care how your information is used and shared. Tube AIO is built to need almost none of it: no account required, downloads stay on your device, and we never sell your data. By using the Service you agree to this policy — please read it carefully.

1. Introduction & principles

This policy explains what information Tube AIO (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects through the Android app and tubeaio.com (together, the “Service”), why we collect it, and how you can review, update, export, or delete it. It does not cover other companies that advertise in the app or sites linked from the Service — those have their own policies.

We process data in good faith under these principles:

  • Purpose & necessity — specific, stated purposes; minimum data needed, nothing excessive.
  • Transparency & access — clear information, free consultation about what is processed and for how long.
  • Quality — accurate, relevant, up-to-date data.
  • Security & prevention — technical and administrative safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, or damage.
  • Accountability — measures that demonstrably comply with data-protection rules.

2. What information we collect

What we collect depends on how you use the Service. Core downloading works with no account and no personal information. When you use the app without signing in, we do not tie activity to an identity.

2.1 Account data (only if you create an account)

Accounts are optional, for server sync. If you create one, we collect only your login identifier (e.g. email or username), the app data you choose to sync (e.g. preferences or queue metadata — never media contents unless a feature explicitly says so), and technical sync metadata such as timestamps. See Section 3.

2.2 Convenience data processed on-device

For convenience, the app may recognize a video link you copied to your clipboard when you open the app — for example to offer quick download of that link. This check happens locally on your device: clipboard contents are neither stored on our servers nor shared with third parties.

2.3 Service quality & crash data

If the app crashes, the report sent to us may contain technical details — app version, device model, OS version, and stack traces. If you email us, we receive your address and message, used only to reply. The static website itself sets no tracking cookies; server access logs may transiently record standard request data (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and debugging.

2.4 What we never collect without your explicit consent

  • Phone numbers (yours or your friends’), or the content of text messages.
  • Your music, photos, videos, or downloaded content.
  • Precise location, contacts, or call data.
  • Sensitive data such as racial or ethnic origin, religious or political beliefs, union membership, health or sex life, or genetic or biometric data.

2.5 Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly allow registration without a parent or legal guardian’s consent. If we learn we hold a child’s personal data without proper consent, we delete it promptly — contact us if you believe this occurred.

3. Optional account & server sync — never shared or sold

Sync data is used solely to authenticate you and to store, retrieve, and merge your data across your own devices. We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose account or sync data to third parties for their own marketing or unrelated purposes. Access is limited to the systems and personnel required to operate sync, under confidentiality obligations.

Clear synced content in the app at any time, or request full account deletion (see Section 6). Deleting your account deletes the server-side copy; on-device files remain until you delete them.

4. How we store & retain information

Anonymous use stores nothing on our servers — your history and files live on your device. Account and sync data is stored on secured servers and retained only while your account is active, plus a short recovery window, then deleted or anonymized.

Even after processing ends, we may retain de-identified or legally required records only as allowed by law — for legal compliance, or exclusively anonymized for our own service improvement with third-party access prohibited.

5. Why we collect information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve — deliver downloads and sync, keep the Service fast and stable, and develop features users need.
  • Personalize where you ask — e.g. remember preferences or recommendations. We never personalize ads around sensitive categories.
  • Measure performance — aggregated analytics on feature use and stability (never your media or history).
  • Communicate — respond to your requests and notify you of important account or safety events.
  • Protect the Service — detect abuse, spam, malware, and fraud; comply with legal obligations.

6. Your rights over your data

You may at any time, by emailing us (see Section 11):

  • Confirm & access — ask whether we process your data and get a copy of your account and sync data.
  • Correct — fix incomplete, inaccurate, or out-of-date information.
  • Delete or block — remove unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data; delete your account and server-side sync copy.
  • Portability — export your account content for backup or use elsewhere, subject to trade secrets and anonymized data exclusions.
  • Consent information & revocation — ask what happens if you deny consent, and revoke consent at any time through a free, simple procedure (in-app settings or email). Denial may mean a feature relying on that data cannot work.
  • Know our sharing — ask which entities we have shared data with (see Section 7).

No method is perfect: despite commercially reasonable safeguards, unlawful interception, malfunctions, or misuse by others remain theoretically possible, and this policy is a statement of general practice, not a promise that data can never be disclosed except as described.

7. Sharing your information

We share personal data outside Tube AIO only with your consent or in these narrow cases:

  • Trusted processors under our instructions — e.g. secure hosting for sync or support tooling that handles your email and device details to answer you. They process only as instructed and under confidentiality.
  • Advertising SDKs in the app — the premium app may include ad-mediation SDKs that access device and ad-interaction data (such as device identifiers, approximate location from IP, and campaign data) for advertising and measurement. Each partner applies its own privacy policy — review the in-app consent screen and the partner’s site. You can limit personalization via Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
  • Legal reasons — where we in good faith believe access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to meet law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable government request.
  • Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data stays confidential and affected users are notified before it becomes subject to a different policy.

We do not provide ad partners with your account credentials, sync content, or download history. Anything public you manifestly publish yourself needs no further consent to the extent the law allows.

8. International transfers

Sync data may be processed on servers outside your country of residence. Data protection laws vary, but we apply this policy’s protections everywhere and comply with applicable laws. Anonymous on-device use involves no transfer to us at all.

9. Security measures

  • Encryption of sync traffic in transit.
  • Regular review of collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security.
  • Access restricted to employees, contractors, and agents who need the data to process it — bound by strict confidentiality, with discipline or termination for violations.
  • Protection against accidental or malicious deletion, with delays between your deletion request and removal from active and backup systems.

10. Changes to this policy

We review this policy regularly and update it when needed to stay compliant. We will not reduce your rights without explicit consent, always show the publication date, and give prominent notice — including email for certain services — when changes are significant.

11. Contact us

Questions, rights requests, or concerns about ad partners — email support@tubeaio.com. We respond within 30 days. Please include your app version (never passwords).
